When will my tracking update?
Tracking typically updates 24–48 hours after your shipping confirmation. Carriers sometimes scan late—don’t panic if it’s quiet for a day or two.
I can’t find my tracking number
Search your inbox for “Shipping confirmation” from YOUR BRAND NAME. If it’s missing, hit the “Contact support” button and we’ll resend it.
The tracker says “Label created” for days
That usually means the parcel is in the carrier’s network but hasn’t been scanned at a hub yet. If it’s been 3+ business days, contact us and we’ll nudge the carrier.
